We are a welcoming, open and inclusive church, meeting in our two churches in the villages of Pitmedden and Tarves.
Whether you're a longtime member, a first-time visitor, or someone exploring faith, we're pleased to have you with us. We believe in the transforming power of God's love and the importance of community. Our mission is to be a place where lives are changed, faith is deepened, and friendships are formed.
Services of worship are held on Sundays at 10.00 am in both Tarves and Pitmedden kirks, with regular joint services. Check the calendar for details. If you are unable to come to church, you can access services through Zoom.

We were privileged to have Desire Katihabwa from Burundi and Janet Nayebale from Uganda with us in Tarves Kirk on Sunday. Patricia Findlay led the service which was humbling but uplifting. We heard of the work Christian Aid is carrying out in Burundi, one of the poorest countries in the world. We heard particularly about Aline whose love for her family and community is bringing her and her neighbours out of poverty. Some training and a small loan, provided by Christian Aid, have transformed her life.
There is no door to door collection this year but please do consider donating online and don’t forget to use Gift Aid, if you can, which will increase your donation by 25% at no extra cost to you. You can learn more about Aline and make a donation on the Christian Aid website.

It's exam time for our young people — a stressful and challenging time for many. Formartine Youth Project have put together some 'Study leave support kits' containing some little treats, resources and tips to manage exam anxiety.
Do you know a young person with exams looming or feeling worried? Bags are available to pick-up from Pitmedden Co-op, Costcutters Methlick (by the bags of wood), Tarves Spar (next to the book exchange) and Tarves, Pitmedden and Methlick kirks.
Please help yourself.
